Principle
This website processes as little personal data as possible. No cookies are set, no analytics or tracking services are used, and no content is loaded from third-party servers. Fonts and images are hosted on the same server as the site.
Server log files
When this site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in server log files. This typically comprises browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the request and the IP address. This data is not combined with other sources.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless operation and the security of the website. The data is deleted after a short period.
Contacting me
If you contact me by email or telephone, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations.
External links
This website links to external services, in particular LinkedIn. Data is transmitted to the respective provider only when you click such a link. No social media plugins are embedded that would transmit data on page load. The privacy notices of the respective provider apply to processing on the linked sites.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data held about you, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent, where given, may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
A message to info@jaixcon.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.
Right of complaint
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
